Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations, utilizing MS Excel for documenting findings and tracking corrective actions effectively.
2. Develop and implement comprehensive safety training programs for employees, ensuring all team members are well-versed in safety protocols and emergency procedures, fostering a culture of safety within the organization.
3. Investigate accidents and incidents thoroughly, compiling detailed reports that identify root causes and recommending corrective measures to prevent recurrence, thereby enhancing workplace safety standards.
4. Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to create tailored safety plans for specific projects, ensuring that safety measures are integrated into every phase of construction.
5. Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) on-site, ensuring compliance with safety standards and conducting regular audits to maintain high safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
6. Assist in preparing safety documentation for regulatory compliance, including safety data sheets and risk assessments, ensuring all legal requirements are met effectively.
