Construction Manager - Saudi National

Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects adhere to the highest standards of quality, safety, and Saudi building codes, to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors, fostering strong working relationships to ensure seamless project execution and resolve any conflicts efficiently.

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets, tracking progress against these baselines, and proactively identifying and mitigating potential delays or cost overruns.

Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks, ensuring adherence to approved plans, specifications, and regulations, and promptly addressing any non-compliance issues.

Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in construction principles.

Holds a professional certification such as PMP, LEED AP, or equivalent, demonstrating commitment to professional development and industry best practices.

Requires a minimum of 13 years of progressive experience in construction management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.

Demonstrates extensive experience in the Saudi construction industry, with a deep understanding of local regulations, codes, and construction practices.
