Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Construction Manager (Saudi National) to join our team! In this role you will get to lead and manage all enabling and on-site construction activities for large-scale projects, ensuring delivery in line with scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead the planning and execution of enabling and construction activities, identifying critical milestones and priorities.
- Develop budget estimates and determine staffing requirements aligned with project scope and schedule.
- Ensure timely mobilization of subcontractors, materials, and major construction equipment to maintain productivity.
- Assign and manage Construction Superintendents across various work areas, monitoring performance and implementing corrective actions.
- Oversee allocation of manpower, materials, and equipment to maximize efficiency and meet project targets.
- Monitor construction progress, proactively identifying risks and implementing preventative actions to avoid delays.
- Ensure application of best construction practices to achieve quality standards at optimal cost.
- Prepare and present periodic progress reports to senior management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with company and client policies, including HSE and labor relations requirements.
- Act as the primary interface with clients, subcontractors, and government authorities on construction matters.
- Maintain strong stakeholder and community relationships to support project success.
- Conduct performance evaluations and support development of construction personnel.
- Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as required.

- Typically 15+ years of experience in field construction, including large civil, structural, or industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, site management, and project execution.
