Pico Play is seeking a skilled Quality Assurance professional to ensure all projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. This role involves developing QA/QC policies, conducting inspections and audits, managing quality documentation, and collaborating with project teams and suppliers to proactively address risks and maintain excellence across all themed attraction projects.
Job description:
Quality Assurance:
- Develop and implement QA/QC policies, standards, and procedures across all projects.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and tests to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and client requirements.
- Identify quality risks and implement corrective and preventive actions to address potential non-conformities.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain and manage QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports, material test results, and non-conformance reports.
- Prepare and present regular quality performance reports to management and clients.
- Ensure all project quality records are maintained and accessible for future reference.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to address quality concerns.
- Facilitate quality-related meetings, training sessions, and workshops.
- Work closely with procurement teams to ensure the quality of materials and equipment aligns with project requirements.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure all projects adhere to relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and Pico Play's quality standards.
- Stay updated on changes in standards, codes, and practices applicable to themed attraction projects.
