Job description
Lead and manage all Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop and implement the Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP).
Ensure compliance with contract requirements, project specifications, and applicable international standards.
Manage QA/QC Engineers, Inspectors, and quality documentation.
Review and approve Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and Material Submittals.
Monitor inspections, testing activities, and site quality performance.
Manage NCRs, corrective and preventive actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with Clients, Consultants, and Project Management Teams on all quality-related matters.
Lead internal and external quality audits.
Prepare executive quality reports for senior management.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related Engineering discipline.
10–15+ years of experience in construction quality management.
Minimum 5 years as a QA/QC Manager on large-scale or mega projects.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
Experience working with international consultants and EPC/Main Contractors is highly preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in quality management documentation and reporting.
