Job Summary
Responsible for controlling, organizing, and maintaining company, technical, operational, equipment, and compliance documents, ensuring all records are accurate, up to date, properly filed, and renewed before expiry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain controlled company, technical, and operational documents.
- Maintain Oilfield equipment records, including inspection, maintenance, calibration, and certification documents.
- Track and follow up on equipment certificates, calibration, pressure testing, and lifting equipment inspections / Third-Party Inspection (LOLER).
- Maintain and monitor expiry dates for company, equipment, employee, and operational certificates.
- Maintain records for NDT certificates (UT, RT, PT, MT, VT), Well Testing Reports, and Job Completion Certificates.
- Maintain legal, regulatory, ISO/QMS, client, and contract documentation.
- Maintain employee training, competency, and certification records.
- Coordinate with Operations, HSE, QA/QC, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure documentation is complete and current.
- Prepare documentation for audits, client requirements, and operational activities.
- Provide regular updates on expired and upcoming document/certificate renewals.
Requirements
- Experience in Document Control or a similar administrative/technical role.
- Oil & Gas / Oilfield experience is required or highly preferred.
- Knowledge of Oilfield equipment and operational documentation.
- Experience in certificate and expiry tracking, equipment inspections, and compliance documentation.
- Familiarity with lifting equipment inspection, LOLER / Third-Party Inspection, NDT, calibration, and pressure testing certificates.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, follow-up, and time management.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Good English communication skills.
