Job description
Manage and maintain all project documents, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible for team members.
Implement and oversee a document control system that adheres to industry standards and project requirements, minimizing errors and delays.
Coordinate with project teams to collect, review, and distribute documentation, ensuring compliance with quality assurance processes.
Establish and enforce document management protocols, including version control, indexing, and archiving procedures.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in document control or records management within engineering or construction industries.
Familiarity with ISO standards and project management methodologies is highly valued.
Proficiency in document management software (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint) and MS Office Suite is essential.
