Develop and execute targeted sales and marketing strategies to generate leads and secure new construction projects, focusing on specific market segments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, developers, and general contractors, to understand their needs and tailor solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and bids that effectively showcase the company's capabilities and value proposition, highlighting unique selling points.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities within the construction industry.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a degree in Construction Management is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of proven sales and marketing experience within the construction industry, with a focus on specific building materials or services.
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and managing a sales pipeline.
Strong understanding of construction processes, project lifecycles, and industry regulations and codes, including knowledge of relevant materials.
