Interior Manager

Role & Responsibilities

• Managing the Housekeeping & F&B Service of the residence
• Leading an existing team of management and team members
• Managing employee rotations and work schedules
• Maintaining impeccable presentation standards across all residences and facilities
• Reviewing, implementing, and maintaining SOPs
• Training and supervising new team members
• Hosting guests and managing preferences with discretion and professionalism
• Coordinating private events and entertaining functions
• Managing interior inventory systems and controls
• Maintaining professional communication directly with management and the Principal
• Other tasks as required by the Palace Manager

Role Requirements

• Proven experience as a Property Manager or Villa Manager for High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWI)
• Strong operational background in both F&B service and Housekeeping
• Experience managing multicultural teams within luxury environments
• Excellent organizational, leadership and training skills
• Strong communication skills in English
• Highly discreet, polished, and professional
• GCC experience is a strong advantage

We are seeking a highly experienced Interior Manager for a prestigious private Palace in Jeddah. br>The Palace includes multiple internal residences and accommodation areas, extensive recreational facilities, Spa, tennis and padel courts, swimming pools, and numerous formal and private entertaining spaces.
