BIM Coordinator Engineer

span>Our newest opportunity is for a talented strong>BIM Coordinator/ Engineer/strong> to join our team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia./span>

• Coordinate BIM models across multiple disciplines (Architectural, Structural, MEP, and Infrastructure).
• Manage and review federated models to ensure alignment with project requirements and standards.
• Perform clash detection using tools such as strong>Navisworks/strong> and ensure timely resolution with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure all BIM deliverables comply with project BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and client requirements.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to maintain model accuracy and consistency.
• Support design coordination meetings and provide technical input on BIM-related issues.
• Monitor model progress and report on BIM deliverables and milestones.
• Ensure proper implementation of LOD (Level of Development) standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain proper documentation and version control of BIM models and related data.
• Provide guidance and support to junior BIM staff and modelers.

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 6 years of experience partnered with;

• Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum strong>5 8 years of experience/strong> in BIM coordination, preferably on large-scale infrastructure or aviation projects.
• Proven experience working on strong>airport or aviation-related projects/strong> is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and coordination processes.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as:
  • Revit
  • Navisworks
  • AutoCAD
  • BIM 360 / ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud)
• Experience in clash detection, model federation, and coordination workflows.
• Familiarity with international BIM standards (ISO 19650 is a plus).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Experience working with contractors or on-site project environments.
• Knowledge of 4D/5D BIM integration is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple disciplines and stakeholders effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive coordination approach.
