Conduct regular BIM model audits and quality checks for Mechanical systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies to maintain model accuracy and integrity.

Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, providing a strong foundation in engineering principles.

Holds relevant professional certifications, such as a BIM certification or a professional engineering license, demonstrating expertise.

Demonstrates 3+ years of experience in the construction industry, particularly on building projects, offering practical knowledge.

Exhibits a deep understanding of Mechanical systems and their integration within BIM models, showcasing technical proficiency.
