Sales & Billing Analyst

Job Description:
We are hiring a Sales & Billing to support our commercial and finance operations in Saudi Arabia. The role covers preparing proposals, managing client billing, and ensuring accurate invoice-to-PO matching.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals and follow through to PO issuance
• Handle vendor registration and invoicing through client systems (e.g., SAP Ariba)
• Manage progress billing based on service contracts (man-hour/unit rate)
• Match POs, invoices, and timesheets accurately
• Follow up with clients for collections

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of combined experience in Sales and Billing, ideally in industrial services or contracting
• Experience with electronic vendor/invoicing systems (SAP Ariba or similar) a plus
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Available to join in Saudi Arabia
