Job description
Conduct personalized fitness assessments to determine clients' current fitness levels and set realistic goals tailored to their individual needs.
Design and implement customized workout programs that are safe, effective, and aligned with clients' specific fitness objectives.
Provide ongoing motivation and support to clients, ensuring they stay accountable and committed to their fitness journey.
Educate clients on proper exercise techniques and safety practices to prevent injuries and maximize workout efficiency.
Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field preferred to ensure a strong foundation in fitness principles.
Certification from a recognized fitness organization, such as ACE, NSCA, or NASM, demonstrating expertise in personal training.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a personal training role, showcasing a proven track record of client success and satisfaction.
Experience working with diverse populations, including athletes, seniors, and individuals with special needs, to broaden training strategies.
