Real estate partnerships officer

Ana Luxury Real Estate Foundation announces a job opening for the position of Partnerships and Business Development Manager (Remote), to work on building and developing strategic partnerships with real estate developers, property managers, and companies that need to provide housing for their employees within Riyadh city.

The candidate will be responsible for attracting companies (200–500 employees), signing corporate housing agreements, negotiating contracts, and achieving growth and expansion targets.

Nature of Work:

• Fully remote work.
• Online meetings and communication.
• Field visits when needed within Riyadh.

Tasks:

• Building relationships and partnerships with developers and property managers.
• Attracting companies in need of housing for their employees (short and long term).
• Preparing commercial offers and negotiating agreements.
• Following up on deals until closure.
• Achieving monthly targets for partnerships and sales.

Requirements:

• Experience in real estate or B2B business development.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve results.
• Preferably having a network of contacts in the Riyadh real estate market.

Proficiency in using online communication and meeting tools (Zoom – Teams).
