Production Engineer

Plans and supervises production in the copper plant and has a strong understanding of production machines and processes, to achieve output, quality, and delivery targets safely and efficiently.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders, material availability, and machine capacity.

Supervise production operations (melting, casting, rolling, drawing, extrusion, and finishing) and monitor output, yield, and downtime against plan.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing) is mandatory, with advanced degrees preferred.

A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a production or manufacturing environment is essential for effective contribution.

Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a strong advantage, showcasing commitment to process improvement.

Experience with CAD software and production planning tools, enhancing your technical capabilities.
