Production Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical) DRY TYPE TRANSFORMERS

1. Review manufacturing drawings, specifications, and work instructions to ensure compliance with production requirements.
2. Provide technical support to production teams and resolve day to day manufacturing issues.
3. Monitor production processes and identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.
4. Investigate production problems, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
5. Coordinate with Quality, Planning, Design , and Maintenance departments to ensure smooth production flow.
6. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental and company procedures and standard.
7. Prepare production reports, monitor KPI's and support continuous improvement initiatives to achieve production targets.
8. Participate in IMS & OHS team chart and representing the department on external audits occasions.

Minimum 5-7 Years work experience in Transformer Manufacturing Plant.

Ability to handle engineering drawings and explain it to production staff.

Capable of supervising a team of section supervisors and production technician.

Excellent in communication skills and computer literate.

Having internal ISO Knowledge in Integrated and OH&S Management Systems.

Educational Requirements: BE/BS/BTECH in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
