Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets as defined by the company's growth strategy.
Field Presence: Conduct site visits to marinas, yacht clubs, and marine exhibitions to build a network and promote the factory's products.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, leads, and sales stages within the CRM system to ensure disciplined follow-up.
Technical Presentations: Provide detailed explanations of boat specifications, manufacturing materials, and customization options to meet specific client needs.
Market Reporting: Provide regular feedback on market trends, competitor pricing, and customer requirements to the management team.
