Job description
- Oversee daily print production operations
- Manage UV, DTF, CNC, Laser, and large-format printing machines
- Plan, schedule, and monitor production workflows
- Supervise operators, helpers, and designers
- Ensure quality control and timely delivery of jobs
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with clients
- Troubleshoot production and machine-related issues
- Monitor inventory, materials, and wastage
- Track production performance and operational efficiency
- Maintain workplace safety and production standards
- Coordinate installation and delivery activities
- Drive continuous process and productivity improvements
- Proven experience in printing, signage, or advertising production
- Hands-on expertise with UV, DTF, CNC, Laser, and large-format printing equipment
- Previous experience managing a print shop or production facility
- Strong knowledge of production planning and workflow management
- Understanding of job costing, materials, and profit margins
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Professional client communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in basic computer and production management software
- Results-oriented, proactive, and highly accountable mindset
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Valid Saudi driving license is preferred
- Currently based in Saudi Arabia is preferred
