Job description

� 1. Sales & Business Development

  • Promote and sell cleaning machines (e.g., vacuum cleaners, scrubbers, pressure washers).
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable equipment or services.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close deals.
  • Upsell maintenance contracts, spare parts, and after-sales services.

� 2. Customer Service

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally.
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

� 4. Inventory & Stock Control

  • Monitor stock levels of machines, spare parts, and accessories.
  • Coordinate with warehouse for stock replenishment.
  • Keep records of incoming and outgoing items.

� 5. Team Supervision

  • Manage showroom staff (sales executives, helpers, cleaners).

  • Assign duties and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

  • Train staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.

  • Monitor staff performance and discipline.

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management, specifically within a showroom environment.

  • Demonstrates strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.

  • Exhibits exceptional sales and customer service skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Proficient in inventory management and visual merchandising techniques, with a keen eye for detail.
