- Responsible for achieving sales targets for the Company showrooms in KSA on a monthly basis.
- To constantly assess the competitors activities and to recommend suitable measures to counter.
- To design and implement innovative promotional schemes as may be required.
- To organize necessary training programs for the Company’s Showrooms IN charge to improve product knowledge and selling skills.
- To attend to all issues concerning customers and to ensure smooth business transactions.
- To maintain very high level of working relationship with all the customers.
- To attend to all consumer complaints and to take immediate action in coordination with the concerned staff.
- To take all necessary initiative in launching various new products that may be developed from time to time.
- To monitor and review showroom-wise performance on a monthly basis and to provide feedback with an objective to improve performance.
- To plan, organize, implement all activities for every showroom in order to achieve overall objectives.
- To plan and expand the Company showrooms network in the territory.
- To ensure that each of the Company showrooms deliver maximum sales every month and that the operation is viable.
- To adhere to the policies of the Company.
- To conduct in a professional manner in order to project a very high image of the Company.
- To keep abreast of the developments in the market and to plan adequately in advance to take advantage of the opportunities.
- To keep Management informed of all developments in the market on a regular basis.
- To assess the manpower requirement and to recruit Showrooms IN charge in consultation/co-ordination with the Management.
- To guide, motivate and direct the Showrooms IN charge constantly to improve their contribution.
- To ensure higher realization for all products.
- To be responsible for all special assignments given from time to time.
- To maintain discipline and adhere to showroom timings.
- To submit daily report highlighting observation/action taken and contribution.
- To constantly evaluate the performance of the SICs and take necessary action to improve effectiveness and performance.
- To apprise the performance of the SICs every year or as per the determined frequency and take action.
- To utilize the available resources in terms of manpower, showrooms etc. and ensure the Company’s overall retail objectives are achieved every month.
Education – Post Graduate in Management
Experience – Minimum 8 to 12 Years
Salary - SAR 10,000/- to SAR 15,000/- per month
- Certifications in Retail Management or Sales techniques are advantageous, adding credibility to your expertise in the field.
- Strong technical skills in Point of Sale (POS) systems and retail management software, ensuring efficient operations.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse customer base.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with customers and motivate your team.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for sales, driving you to exceed targets and cultivate a high-performance culture.
- Experience in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably in sectors such as fashion, electronics, or consumer goods, showcasing adaptability.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role demonstrating proven leadership capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred, showcasing a solid foundation in retail management principles.
