Senior Cost Controller

We are seeking a Senior Cost Controller for a reputable contracting company in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and managing the cost accounting structure, ensuring accurate cost analysis and reporting, and implementing effective cost control measures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the cost accounting system, including defining cost centers and roles.
• Analyze actual costs against budgeted costs to identify variances and provide insights.
• Manage the financial reporting process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of project costs.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure alignment on budget and cost management strategies.
• Ensure compliance with international financial reporting standards (IFRS).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Professional certifications such as CMA are preferred.
• Minimum of three years of experience in cost control or financial auditing.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly Odoo.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
