2. Resident Engineer – 15 yrs (Bachelor of Civil Engineering) / 10 yrs (master’s in civil engineering) – Water supervision
3. Contract Administrator – 15 yrs(Bachelor of Civil Engineering)   / 10 yrs (master’s in civil engineering) – Legal background + KSA experience + Water projects
4. Procurement / Materials Manager – 15yrs(Bachelor of Civil Engineering)  – Water procurement experience
5. Engineering Manager – 15 yrs(Bachelor of Civil Engineering)   – Principal Engineer experience in water engineering
6. Construction Manager – 15 yrs(Bachelor of Civil Engineering)    – GCC experience + FIDIC & contract knowledge
7. Senior QS / Cost Controller – 15 yrs(Bachelor of Civil Engineering)     – KSA water standards experience must

12. QA/QC Leader – 10 yrs(Bachelor of Civil Engineering)     – Water engineering QA/QC experience is must
13. HSE Manager – 10 yrs(Bachelor of Engineering)      – Must be Engineer (as per committee requirements) + Water HSE
14. Administrator – 5 yrs(bachelor’s degree) – Saudi preferred + water project experience
15. Senior Civil Engineer E2 – 10 yrs(Bachelor of Civil Engineering)      – International experience + KSA standards
16. Senior Civil Engineer E1 – 15 yrs(Bachelor of Civil Engineering)      – Water supervision + KSA standards is must
