Job description
- Collect outstanding payments from clients (hospitals, pharmacies, and other companies).
- Monitor overdue accounts and communicate with clients to ensure timely collection of amounts due.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on the status of collections.
- Handle invoices and related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure continued cooperation and facilitate collections.
- Resolve any issues related to payments or invoices with clients.
