Collections Specialist

Responsibilities include the collection of outstanding financial dues from clients (hospitals, pharmacies, and other companies).

Monitoring overdue accounts and communicating with clients to ensure the collection of due amounts.

Providing weekly and monthly reports on the status of collections.

Handling invoices and relevant documents, ensuring their accuracy and verification.

Building strong relationships with clients to ensure continued collaboration and facilitate collections.

Resolving any issues related to payments or invoices with clients.
