Job description
Conduct safe and effective Reformer Pilates sessions tailored to individual client needs and fitness levels, ensuring proper form and technique.
Assess clients' physical conditions and limitations, modifying exercises accordingly to prevent injuries and promote optimal results.
Provide clear and concise verbal cues and demonstrations, guiding clients through exercises with precision and enthusiasm.
Design and implement progressive Pilates programs, helping clients achieve their fitness goals, whether it's rehabilitation, strength, or flexibility.
Possess a nationally recognized Pilates certification (e.g., Balanced Body, STOTT Pilates), demonstrating a foundational knowledge of Pilates principles.
Have experience in a fitness or wellness environment, showing an understanding of client needs and the ability to provide exceptional service.
Demonstrate proficiency in anatomy and biomechanics, allowing for safe and effective exercise modifications and client assessments.
Have a minimum of 1 year of experience teaching Reformer Pilates, showcasing a proven ability to lead classes and build client rapport.
