Providing Professional Classes: Leading safe and effective Pilates sessions, adapting exercises to suit different fitness levels and the specific needs of participants.
Technical Precision: Providing clear guidance and precise manual adjustments to ensure correct form, body balance, and injury prevention during Reformer and Mat exercises.
Designing Personalized Programs: Developing detailed training programs based on postural analysis, the client's athletic history, and their individual goals.
Promoting the Pilates Philosophy: Educating clients on the fundamental principles of Pilates (breathing, focus, control, precision, and fluidity) to enhance their body awareness.
Required Qualifications:
Certified Professional: An internationally recognized Pilates instructor certification (such as Balanced Body, STOTT, or PMA) with proven experience in Mat and Reformer training.
Practical Experience: At least one year of experience in Pilates instruction with the ability to work with diverse client groups.
Scientific Knowledge: A strong understanding of human anatomy and biomechanics to ensure safe instruction.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to create a positive and motivating learning environment for clients.
