Job description
- Oversee and coordinate all post-process activities on the field, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Manage and supervise a team of field technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to optimize their effectiveness.
- Inspect completed work to verify compliance with specifications, blueprints, and industry best practices, proactively addressing any discrepancies.
- Supervise and manage all post-processing operations (Heat treatment, straightning, cutting, facing, pickling..) to ensure products meet required specifications, safety standards, and production schedules.
- Knowledge of machine operation and basic troubleshooting.
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow instructions.
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills.
- Basic english
- Ability to use measuring tools and calculations.
- Basic computre knowladge and machines HMIs and controllers
- strong leadership skills.
- Plan and assign daily tasks for post-process operators.
- Monitor operations such as heat treatment, facing, pickling, packing, and wastewater treatment.
- Ensure product quality and compliance with specifications.
- Coordinate with other sections to maintain smooth production flow.
- Solve operational issues and provide guidance to operators.
- Conduct regular inspections and enforce safety rules.
- Report production status and issues to the production engineer.
- manage tools and consumables and submit a request to maintain stock.
- Plan and assign daily tasks for post-process operators.
