Post Process Foreman (Production)

Oversee and direct the daily operations of the post-processing production line, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production targets.

Manage a team of post-processing technicians, providing clear instructions, performance feedback, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Implement and enforce strict quality control measures to identify and rectify defects, ensuring all products meet stringent specifications before shipment.

Monitor and optimize production workflows to maximize efficiency, minimize waste, and reduce cycle times within the post-processing department.

Must have a experience in pipe stainless steel manufacturing company?

Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a technical degree in a related field is a strong advantage.

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.

Demonstrated experience in post-processing techniques relevant to the industry (e.g., finishing, assembly, packaging).

Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, work instructions, and quality control checklists.
