Position: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Sr. Sales Executive
Location: Dammam / Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia
We are in our expansion phase and are seeking to enlarge our Sales Team in Dammam / Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
We are hiring for the positions of Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, and Sr. Sales Executive for our company based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
Candidate must be from the Freight Forwarding Industry.
Responsibilities:
- Finding industries engaged in foreign trade and requiring freight forwarding services.
- Presenting the full range of services to current and potential clients and following up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activities.
- Enhancing the customer base by continuously onboarding new clients, achieving set targets, and generating business from existing clients immediately after joining.
- Collecting market intelligence on the air and sea freight industry to explore new business opportunities, lucrative trade lanes, and potential clients.
- Attending client inquiries and sending proposals/quotations to clients.
- Visiting clients regularly and maintaining effective relationships to understand their business needs and provide productive solutions.
- Negotiating the best buying rates from vendors and overseas agents, engaging with shipping lines for required cargo space, monitoring freight movement from origin to destination, and providing timely updates to clients.
- Communicating with external parties such as overseas agents, airport/seaport brokers, shipping lines, and customs clearance teams to resolve operational issues.
- Possessing thorough knowledge of shipping lines, airline terms, and customs clearance procedures in Saudi Arabia.
- Having strong knowledge of the Dammam market and surrounding areas.
- Maintaining CRM records to track, manage, and follow up on all business development activities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience and above.
- Nationality: Indian.
- Visa: Transferable Iqama.
- Joining: Immediate or up to one-month notice period.
- Must have sales experience in Freight Forwarding and Logistics.
