Job description

We are in its expansion phase and seeking to enlarge Our sales team in Dammam Saudi Arabia

We are hiring for the position of  Sales Manager /Business Development Manager / Sr Sales Executive / for our company based in Saudi Arabia Al khobar Raka .

Candidate must be from freight forwarding industry .

Responsibilities :

Finding the industries who all are doing foreign trade and who all require freight forwarding services

Present full range of services to current and potential client follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity

Enhance the customer base by continuously on boarding new client , ability to achieve set target and able to move the business of existing client immediate after joining .

Collect market intelligence on the air and sea freight industry to explore new business opportunities lucrative trade lanes , potential clients .

Attend client inquires and send proposal / quotation to client

Visit client regularly and maintain effective relationship to understand their business needs and provide productive solution .

Negotiate best buying rates from vender and overseas agent , engage with shipping line for the required cargo space , monitor the freight movement from origin to destination and provide timely update to client .

Communicate with external parties such as overseas agent , airport / sea port broker  , shipping line , custom clearance team to resolve operation issue

Must have through knowledge of shipping line , airline terms and custom clearance knowledge in Saudi Arabia

Must have Dammam Area knowledge . .

Maintain CRM record to track , manage and follow up all business development activity .

Requirement :

Must have Bachelor’s degree

Must have 5 to 10 year of experience and above

Candidate nationality: Indian

Visa : Transferable Iqama

Joining : Immediate or one month notice period

Must have sales experience in fright forwarding and Logistics

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred for advanced strategic insight.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business development or sales, preferably in a competitive industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing deals and achieving sales targets, demonstrating strong negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus for international engagement.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and persuade stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical abilities to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and seizing business opportunities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being comfortable with independent decision-making.
  • Cultural awareness and adaptability to navigate diverse business environments and build relationships across borders.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools to track progress and optimize sales strategies.
