Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.

Holds relevant professional certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent.

Demonstrates a minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in HSE roles within the oil and gas, construction, or manufacturing industries.

Exhibits a deep understanding of international HSE standards and local regulations.
