Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field is essential for technical understanding.
At least 7 years of relevant work experience in an HSE role, preferably within the oil and gas or construction industries.
Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) to validate expertise in safety management.
Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and safety management systems to effectively identify and mitigate hazards.
