The Front Office Manager will lead front desk and guest-service operations at Silver Sands Beach, Jeddah, ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and professional experience for all guests. The role will supervise the front office team, coordinate with other departments, and support smooth daily operations.
Job Description
- Manage reception, guest services, bookings, check-in/check-out, and cashiering procedures.
- Lead, schedule, train, and motivate the front office team.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, feedback, and service recovery.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, security, and operations teams.
- Maintain accurate guest records, reports, payments, and shift handovers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and Saudi regulations.
- Support VIP visits, special events, peak periods, and seasonal operations.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve service quality.
Desired Skill & Expertise
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of front office or guest-service experience, preferably in a resort, beach club, hotel, or leisure destination.
- Previous supervisory or management experience.
- Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is preferred.
- Strong leadership, organization, problem-solving, and customer-service skills.
- Knowledge of booking systems, Microsoft Office, cash handling, and guest-relations procedures.
- Professional appearance and ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
