Job description
A sales representative is a field sales representative linking the company to the contracting sector. The role targets contractors and engineering offices to attract and deliver new projects, overseeing the entire process from opportunity identification to contract closure.
Responsibilities:
- Relationship Building: Communicating with developers, consultants, and contractors to enhance the company's presence in the market.
- Opportunity Acquisition: Searching for new projects and following up on existing projects.
- Proposal Evaluation: Preparing and evaluating technical and commercial proposals for clients.
- Contract Closure: Negotiating, signing contracts, and ensuring product delivery within the specified timeframe.
- Market Analysis: Studying market trends and providing periodic reports for management.
Requirements and Skills:
- Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration.
- Experience: Proven experience in project sales or the contracting sector.
