Job Responsibilities:
- Attracting new projects from contracting and real estate development companies.
- Visiting projects, engineering offices, and interior design companies.
- Building relationships with clients and following up on pricing requests and submitted offers.
- Achieving sales targets and developing the client base.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales of building materials or finishes, preferably marble and granite.
- Good knowledge of the contracting and projects market in Riyadh.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to conduct field visits.
- Previous relationships with contracting companies and real estate developers are preferred.
