Key Responsibilities:
· Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within the IT industry.
· Develop and implement growth strategies focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through consultative selling.
· Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, IT Solutions, etc.) to tailor proposals that address client needs.
· Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
· Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations, proposals, and RFP responses.
· Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
· Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company and generate leads.
· Monitor sales performance metrics and report on progress to senior leadership
Required Skills:
· Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise clients.
· Familiarity with solution-based or consultative sales methodologies.
· Understanding of emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and blockchain.
Multilingual skills are a plus, depending on region.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree (MBA) is a plus.
· Proven track record (5+ years) in IT sales, business development, or a similar role within the technology industry.
· Strong knowledge of IT products, services, and solutions (e.g., cloud computing, cybersecurity, SaaS, infrastructure).
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
· Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
