Job description
Oversee the assembly and dismantling of scaffolding structures, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding equipment and materials, identifying hazards and implementing corrective actions promptly.
Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure scaffolding needs align with construction schedules and project requirements.
Lead and train scaffolding teams in safe work practices, emphasizing the importance of adhering to safety protocols.
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; further education in construction management or engineering is preferred.
Valid scaffolding supervisor certification from a recognized authority, demonstrating proficiency in safety and operational standards.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in scaffolding, with a proven track record in supervisory roles on large construction sites.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting scaffold design plans, along with a strong understanding of load capacities and structural integrity.
