Scaffolding Supervisor 1 / Rigger 3 ( Aramco Approved)

Oversee and manage scaffolding erection, alteration, and dismantling activities, ensuring compliance with Aramco standards and safety regulations.

Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement control measures to mitigate hazards associated with scaffolding operations.

Supervise a team of scaffolders and riggers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

Inspect scaffolding components and completed structures to verify structural integrity and adherence to design specifications.

Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a relevant technical certification is a plus.

Holds a valid Aramco-approved Scaffolding Supervisor 1 and Rigger 3 certification.

Demonstrates a minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in scaffolding and rigging, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

Exhibits strong knowledge of scaffolding systems, components, and erection/dismantling procedures, with proven experience in Aramco projects.
