Job description
Fleet Operations & Management
- Oversee the complete fleet lifecycle, including vehicle acquisition, onboarding, maintenance, and disposal.
- Implement industry best practices to improve fleet performance, operational efficiency, and compliance.
- Monitor and ensure SLA and KPI adherence with workshops, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct regular operational audits to ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company policies.
- Collaborate with technology and ERP teams to enhance fleet management systems and reporting capabilities.
- Develop strategies to improve vehicle utilization, reduce downtime, and optimize operational costs.
We’re looking for a Fleet Manager who brings a strong mix of technical expertise, operational leadership, and process optimization skills.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
Experience:
- 5+ years in fleet management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role managing mechanical and body repair operations.
Technical Skills & Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of automobile maintenance, body repair, and diagnostics.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook) and ERP fleet management systems.
- Experience with vendor negotiations, SLA management, and fleet compliance regulations.
