We are seeking a Cybersecurity Product Manager to help build new cybersecurity solutions from validated market need to a secure, scalable, and commercially successful product.
This role sits at the intersection of cybersecurity, product strategy, and business. As one of the first product hires, you will work closely with the founders, design partners, and early customers — CISOs, security engineers, and SOC teams — alongside engineering and go-to-market partners, turning real security challenges into a differentiated product.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the product vision and strategic direction by identifying high-value cybersecurity problems, target customers, and market opportunities.
- Lead customer discovery with CISOs, security engineers, and SOC teams, translating their real workflows, threats, and early-adopter feedback into clear product priorities.
- Track the cybersecurity landscape, including buyer needs, market trends, competitors, emerging technologies, and evolving threats.
- Own the product roadmap and MVP definition, converting business and customer needs into clear, actionable product requirements.
- Partner with engineering and cybersecurity teams to deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly products through rapid prototyping and iterative development.
- Ensure the product fits the modern security stack, integrating cleanly with SIEM/SOAR, EDR/XDR, identity, and cloud platforms, and holding a high bar for security and reliability.
- Shape go-to-market plans, including positioning, target segments, pricing, pilot programs, and strategic partnerships.
