Project Manager

The Project Manager will be responsible execution of product cybersecurity elements across programs and services. Executions include working with multiple security, IT and engineering leadership/stakeholders and a variety of security, IT and engineering technical resources to identify and plan physical and cybersecurity work to meet/exceed the project requirements. Deliverables include, but are not limited to, creating work breakdown structures (WBS), project plans, project cost estimates, project recommendations, status reports and executive presentations.

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project plans and budgets required to deliver against customer and business needs

• Ensure that all the required resources, capabilities and processes are in place to deliver

• Prepare justifications and business cases for recommendations on Cybersecurity initiatives

• Ensure that project milestones and deadlines are agreed and communicated to all parties and stakeholders involved

• Developand present program status / metrics to senior management

• Control and monitor projects to be delivered to the agreed: deadlines, cost and quality requirement, regularly reviewing andreporting on progress against plan, intervening to resolve issues which threaten the delivery of the project.

• Ensure that all projects comply with the right policies and procedures and are carried out in a way to minimize risks andmaximize opportunities.

• Manage expectations, relationships, and communications with all stakeholders (management, suppliers, contractors, technicalteam, customers, etc.) to ensure projects are executed effectively and any issues/risks are effectively addressed.

• Coordinates internal resources and third parties/vendors for the on-time execution of projects within meetings for projectstatus, stakeholder update, implementation/migration cut-over, issue resolution, etc.

• Ensure that all Security projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

• Bachelor's degree in business, Project Management or related discipline

• PMP or equivalent certification

• 1-3 years of experience

• Skills: Set clear project expectations, focus, and outcome

• Articulate project scope and match tasks to goals

• Identify and mitigate business and cybersecurity risks

• Communicate clearly with non-technical staff

• Meet timelines and budgets
