About the Role

We are a fast-growing pharmaceutical and nutraceutical company operating across Saudi Arabia, seeking an experienced KSA Sales Manager to lead our nationwide sales operations and drive the successful launch and expansion of a new product portfolio.

The ideal candidate is a strategic and results-driven leader with a proven track record in product launches, brand building, and sales team management within the healthcare sector. Strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and procurement stakeholders—particularly in private hospitals and chain pharmacies—are essential.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, leading a high-performing team, and strengthening key partnerships to achieve sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the national sales strategy, including annual plans and budgets aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve targets and build a high-performance culture.
  • Drive the successful launch and expansion of pharmaceutical and nutraceutical product portfolios across the Kingdom.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, hospitals, polyclinics, and pharmacy chains.
  • Identify new business opportunities, expand market reach, and secure strategic partnerships with key accounts.
  • Monitor sales performance, set KPIs, and provide ongoing coaching and development to the team.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product launches and sustained business growth.
  • Ensure full compliance with local regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (mandatory).
  • 8–10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/nutraceutical industry in Saudi Arabia.
  • Minimum 5 years in a sales leadership role.
  • Age 30 – 42 years.
  • Proven success in product launches, brand building, and achieving growth targets.
  • Strong knowledge of the Saudi healthcare market (hospitals, pharmacy chains, distributors).
  • Established relationships with KOLs and key stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Based in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh preferred) with willingness to travel.

  • Excellent in Office work (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Effective coach and mentor with the ability to develop talent and drive team performance.
