Manager of Operations

Company Overview: Manasar Company is seeking a qualified Manager of Operations to work in Riyadh. The primary goal of this position is to manage the operations of activities, exhibitions, and conferences, particularly overseeing wooden structures related to this field, such as stages, wooden walls, and stands.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Tasks:

• Prepare pricing proposals according to requirements and designs.
• Provide daily labor based on contract volume (carpenters, helpers, etc.).
• Continuously research new ideas for production.

Field Tasks:

• Supervise the workshop to ensure designs are executed with the best quality during the production period.
• Be present at activity sites to oversee assembly and installation.
• Inspect all wooden works after installation to ensure safety and absence of defects.
• Adhere to site conditions and regulations.
• Comply with general safety standards and provide necessary safety tools for workers on-site.
• Conduct weekly visits to the warehouse to ensure the quality of wooden stock and packaging.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Experience in managing exhibition and conference projects for 2 to 5 years (must be in the field of organizing exhibitions and conferences).
• Full-time availability.
