Requirements:

• Experience of no less than 5 years in operations and branch management.
• Proven experience in managing and operating more than 7 branches.
• Ability to lead teams and achieve operational performance indicators.
• Strong skills in planning, organizing, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Ability to prepare reports, analyze performance, and develop improvement plans.
• Experience in retail, restaurant, or café sectors is preferred (depending on the company's activity).

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervising operational activities across all branches.
• Monitoring branch managers' performance and ensuring policy and procedure implementation.
• Improving operational quality and enhancing performance efficiency.
• Tracking operational and financial KPIs.
• Developing continuous improvement plans to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
