Pre-Commissiong Manager ( Aramco Approved )

Develop and execute a comprehensive pre-commissioning strategy aligned with project objectives and Aramco's stringent standards.

Oversee the creation and implementation of detailed pre-commissioning plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring all phases are meticulously managed.

Lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve critical handover milestones on time and within scope.

Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations, quality control procedures, and Aramco's specific pre-commissioning requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical) or a related technical field.

Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in oil & gas or petrochemical project execution, with a strong focus on pre-commissioning and commissioning.

Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale pre-commissioning activities for Aramco-approved projects.

In-depth knowledge of Aramco's pre-commissioning standards, specifications, and approval processes.
