Job description
Ensure safe and efficient operation of both STPs. Deliver contractual KPIs and plant performance targets. Optimize manpower, budgets, and operational costs. Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Act as the primary interface with the client. Manage LTOM contractual obligations, deliverables, and compliance. Protect contractual and commercial interests. Manage relationships with regulators, EPC contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Coordinate EPC activities through Project Execution team. Monitor EPC deliverables and contractual compliance.
Lead the O&M management team. Develop staffing strategies and organizational capabilities. Report to the board & COO. Ensure proper risk management, business continuity, and governance.
The Successful Applicant
Qualifications Engineering degree (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Sanitary). 15 years' experience in water/wastewater treatment plant operations. Experience managing PPP/LTOM contracts and major stakeholders.
Critical Success Factors
Strong wastewater O&M leadership. Client relationship management. Contractual and commercial management. Budget and P&L ownership. Ability to manage a complex SPV environment involving O&M, EPC, regulators, and shareholders.
