Senior HSE Consultant

Strategic HSE Oversight: Provide expert guidance to the CHEC Middle East Division regarding regulatory compliance, risk management, and HSE culture across all Middle East projects.

Client & Regulatory Liaison: Act as the primary interface with regulatory authorities, including the Public Investment Fund (PIF) and the National Council for Occupational Safety and Health (NCOSH), ensuring all audit requirements and compliance standards are met.

Policy Development: Lead the development and implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and campaigns aligned with Saudi Vision 2030 and international best practices.

Incident Management: Conduct thorough investigations of major incidents, identifying root causes and implementing robust preventative strategies.

Project Support: Travel to various project sites throughout the Middle East to conduct inspections, safety walks, and management reviews to ensure consistency in HSE implementation.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with clients, contractors, and senior management to address complex HSE challenges and drive continuous improvement.
