◆ Represent the brand at exclusive events, tastings, and networking functions.
◆ Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring retention and repeat bookings.
◆ Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure menus are marketed in line with seasonal offerings and client preferences.
◆ Analyze market trends and competitor activity to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
◆ Manage the marketing budget and deliver measurable ROI across all channels.
◆ Oversee production of branded materials, photography, and event collateral.
