Fiber Laser Cutting Machine Operator

Set up and operate Fiber Laser Cutting Machines (CNC) according to production requirements.

Load and unload raw materials and finished products safely and efficiently.

Program or select cutting jobs from the machine system and monitor the cutting process to ensure accuracy, quality, and productivity.

Inspect finished parts to verify compliance with specifications and quality standards.

Perform routine machine maintenance and keep equipment in good working condition.

Record production data, machine performance, and quality inspection results.

Troubleshoot machine issues and make necessary adjustments to accommodate different materials, thicknesses, and specifications.

Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.

High school diploma, technical certification, or equivalent qualification.

Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on experience operating CNC Fiber Laser Cutting Machines.

Familiarity with laser cutting equipment, CNC programming, and CAD/CAM software.

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Knowledge of workplace safety standards and procedures.
