Sales Representative

Achieve the sales objectives for the company through effective marketing and direct selling of products to clients in the field. Ensure timely delivery of orders while managing financial collections and monitoring sales performance to maintain cash flow.

Main Responsibilities:

• Sales and Field Marketing:
• Visit existing and potential clients daily according to a defined route.
• Present products and explain their benefits, along with pricing proposals to persuade clients to purchase.
• Open new markets and expand the client base in the assigned geographical area.
• Order Delivery and Logistics:
• Receive goods and products from the warehouse and ensure their safety and compliance with invoices.
• Arrange products inside delivery vehicles securely to prevent damage.
• Deliver orders to client locations accurately and adhere to delivery schedules.
• Collections and Financial Operations:
• Collect financial documents and cash (or electronic payment methods) upon delivery.
• Monitor the collection of overdue debts from clients.
• Report collected amounts daily to the finance department.
• Customer Service and Reporting:
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and listen to their complaints and suggestions to resolve them.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports including (sales volume, amounts collected, returned products, and market observations).
